Provide value-added consulting services in the areas of telecommunications including call centers In functions that include design, customer satisfaction, continuous process improvement, employee satisfaction, and organizational assessment.


Lucent Technologies, 1996-2000
As an Engineering Supervisor, led “Voice of the Customer” project for the Switching & Access Solutions and Customer Technical Support organizations to improve customer satisfaction.   Designed and implemented employee value creation processes.


AT&T Bell Laboratories, Holmdel, NJ and Naperville, IL, 1983-1995
Provided internal quality consulting to systems engineering and customer technical support organizations. Taught American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preparation classes at AT&T Bell Laboratories to create 89 CQEs. 


Institute of Gas Technology, Chicago, IL, 1976-1982
Directed Coal Gasification pilot plant data analysis team, presented findings in technical journals and at professional societies meetings.
